YOUR INFORMATION.HANDLED STRAIGHT.

What we collect when you contact us or visit this site, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

  • Quote requests and orders. When you request a quote or place a pre-order on this site, we keep what you type in: your name, email, phone number, company, project details, any dates or sizes you choose, and any artwork you attach.
  • Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If you fill out one of our forms inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the answers you submit there, such as your name, email, phone number and what you need made.
  • Site activity through the Meta pixel. This site uses the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API. They tell Meta when someone views a page, looks at one of our services, taps our phone number, or sends a quote request or order. Meta may use cookies and your browser details (such as IP address and device type) to match that activity to a Facebook or Instagram account.

What we send to Meta

When a quote request or order is sent, we tell Meta that a request came in, the type of work, and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email and phone number so Meta can match it to an account without us handing over the readable address or number. We do not send Meta your name, your project details, or your artwork. The pixel does not load on estimate approval or private artwork pages.

How we use it

  • To prepare quotes, answer your questions and make your order.
  • To contact you about the request you sent us.
  • To measure which of our ads bring in real requests, and to show our ads to people likely to need our work.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the shop, such as our website host, email, and Meta for the advertising measurement described above.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email order@pnwimpressions.graphics or call (458) 337-2677 and tell us what you would like. We may keep records we need for an order we have already made or for taxes.

You can control ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, block cookies in your browser, or use an ad blocker. The site works without the pixel.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. Last updated October 2, 2026.
